- South of Summer Lake Ranch Drive and West of W. Lake Houston Parkway on Leather Saddle Ct.; Western Saddle Ct.; Timber Forest Drive; Thoroughbred Trails Lane; Golden Appaloosa Circle; Bridle Ct.; Running Arabian Lane; Wild Mustang Lane; Iron Horseshoe Lane;
- East of W. Lake Houston Parkway on Somerset Horizon Lane.
Construction began this week to clear an access road for construction and deep trenches for the installation of two new pipelines. Clearing will include removal of trees and brush followed by the installation of a 6-foot high security fence on the south side of Jack’s Ditch. Only construction personnel will be permitted in the construction area.
During Construction you may experience:
- noise from heavy construction equipment
- some dust
- construction vehicles in the area
Construction will be Monday-Saturday between 7AM – 7PM, pending weather, and is anticipated to take 4 weeks to complete.
