We will update neighbors on the installation of two 108″ pipelines traveling from the Northeast Water Purification Plant east to Lake Houston, adjacent to Jack’s ditch. This construction involves moving large pieces of pipe in the area affecting traffic on W. Lake Houston Parkway and the introduction of large equipment to the area.
